Masterclass DA807 Stainless Steel Melting Dome 225mm

Cooking food shouldn't just focus on how fast it can be completed, but the quality of the outcome. Helping to combine these two essential aspects of cooking, the MasterClass melting dome is perfect for increasing cooking speed whilst retaining flavour.

Constructed from a tough stainless steel, the melting dome is both durable and easy to clean; saving you money and time. Simply place the melting dome over any frying pan or cooking pot, using the carrying handle, to lock-in flavour. The dome does this by reducing the amount of flavour that is evaporated into moisture; ultimately allowing your food to cook without losing any great taste.

Perfect for melting cheese onto burger dishes; simply place the cheese on top of the cooked burger, add a splash of water to the hot pan and cover with the dome to quickly steam the cheese.
