This TriLax grill and pizza tray from Rational has optimum non-stick properties, it is extremely robust and offers a long service life. The TriLax non-stick coating supports browning and is best suited for use at temperatures up to 300°C. Easy to clean and is suitable for baking all types of pre-baked products.
Besides fresh or frozen pizza, you can also use the baking side to prepare tarte flambé or traditional flat breads. Its excellent heat conductivity will give you optimal browning and crispiness every time.
The fine ribbed structure on the grilling side is particularly suitable for grilling vegetables, fish and other grilled products.
