Even when vacuum packed perfectly, some foods can float during the sous vide cooking process. This means the temperature within the pouch can vary widely which can lead to food not being cooked correctly or worse. The Clifton Food Range IG14 Immersion Grid solves this problem perfectly by keeping pouches submerged with a heavy duty stainless steel frame. Designed to be used in conjunction with the Clifton Food Range FL14D 14 litre water bath, this immersion grid guarantees an even, consistent cook every time.

  • Immersion grid will ensure that bags are immersed at all times resulting in consistent even cooking. Ideal for long slow cooking times
  • Grid clips inside top edge of bath and can be quickly removed in service
  • Manufactured from high quality stainless steel which is durable and easily cleaned
  • For use with FL14D
  • British made
