The Roller Grill FD50+80 is a compact powerful double tank fryer ideal for fresh or frozen chips (28kg/h fresh output). Why not keep the larger 8 ltr tank for frying your chips and use the 5ltr tank for frying foods with a strong flavour eg garlic mushrooms samosas or Plaice fillets and keep your chip oil clean.
