The Roller Grill FD50D is a compact powerful fryer ideal for fresh or frozen chips (20kg/hr fresh output) it can take a 10 fish fillet or sausage. If you have a larger chip fryer use the Roller Grill FD50 for frying foods with a strong flavour eg garlic mushrooms or Plaice fillets to avoid contaminating the oil of your main fryer.
