If you're making food julienne, the Waring 8mm Julienne disc is the ultimate time-saving disc to use in the Waring WFP16S or WFP16SCD food processors. Constructed from sturdy stainless steel, the blade on the disc smoothly cuts through cucumber, celery, carrot and all sorts of other vegetables. Much faster than manual julienne cutting.
