3 Plate Electric Oven Ranges

A three plate electric oven gives you the flexibility of having a small, medium or large cookzone, allowing you to save energy in quiet periods. At the same time, with all three large surface area plates in operation, the plate surface is maximised almost to the degree of a solid top range.

Modern electric ovens are the equal of gas powered variants, and if fan assisted (as most are) can often improve on the performance of gas ovens - circulating air in the oven improves baking consistency and speeds up cooking. The oven on a three plate model is usually a double doored wide oven, similar to that on a six burner oven or solid top range.
