Falcon Chieftain Range
As a leading brand of heavy duty equipment, Chieftain provides a high standard of performance to the busiest and most demanding kitchens. This equipment is especially suitable for busy restaurants, hotels, hospitals, prisons or indeed any high-output catering facility.
The open top range and boiling table burners are rated at a powerful 7.5kW, these provide fast heat-up times and reduce waiting. The twin bullseye solid top reaches 530°C while a single bullseye solid top allows a variety of cooking operations to be achieved simultaneously using the zonal heat facility.
Important additional features include a 150mm hob plating area - the ideal temporary location for keeping utensils to hand. Heavy duty, cast iron pan supports are supplied. The 2/1 compatible, large capacity, easy to clean oven is supplied with two 665mm x 330mm shelves as standard.
Chieftain fryers are equally equipped to handle the demands of a high volume kitchen with several models available. These may be situated independently or as part of a suite. In a suite situation, we recommend the consideration of adding an oil filtration unit to extend oil life and improve kitchen safety and hygiene.
