Electric General Purpose Ovens

General Purpose Ovens are perfect for kitchens where baking or roasting are the main forms of cooking, for example in a bakery or cake shop, or where the hob capacity required has already been provided by a stand alone boiling top unit or another oven with built in hobs or hotplates. Electric ovens are generally easier to install, requiring no gas connection, and improvements in electric oven technology over the years mean that they are actually preferred by many chefs now for their ability to maintain consistent, accurate temperature. This is even more the case where the electric oven comes with a fan assisted option, ensuring heat is evenly distributed.
