Small units like the electric Lincat single plate can be extremely useful where space is at a premium, such as in outside catering or mobile vending operations, whereas if capacity is your aim then our six burner tops will easily keep pace with your production requirements. All products in this category are stand alone (are not attached to an integrated oven beneath), so you have more options in terms of situating your kitchen equipment.
